The job was for one of our customer and was difficult to find an available engineer that wasn't fully booked and able to work calor gas but he came forward and got the customer booked in straight away and the annual done. He also went above and beyond with next step recommendations for the boiler as well. Was polite and the customer was extremely happy. Great prices too.
